Shipping policy

Custom orders are  processed within1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after item has been completed.  Turnaround times for custom orders will vary depending on the item being built and current work load.  Normal turnaround time is 2 - 4 weeks

All other orders are processed within 1 to 2 days(excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been received and confirmation email has been sent..  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All orders are shipped insured.

Items ship via Fedex, UPS or USPS

Eastern time zone 5 business days

Central time zone, 4 - 5 business days

Mountain time zone 1 -  3 business days

Pacific time zone 1 - 3 business days.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free shipping is available on some listings  However, free shipping is only valid in the contiguous 48 U.S. states.  Additional shipping charges will apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico and International destinations.  Please contact us for shipping  charges .

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $150 within 35 miles. For orders under $/150 and/or over 35 miles additional charges may apply.

Local Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with directions.

 Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: 

Mexico and Canada

Please contact us for all other international shipping destinations.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. North Idaho Drift is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

We don't accept returns on custom orders. However if the item arrived damaged we will replace damages.  Please keep the packaging and take pictures of all damaged items and packaging.  Pictures should include all of the damaged item not just a close up of the broken piece.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Damaged items
 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@northidahodrift.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and photos of the condition  of the packaging.   Please keep the original packaging for insurance purposes. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
