PREMIUM DRIFTWOOD WEDDING ARBOR
Driftwood Arbor designed and handcrafted by myself from hand picked driftwood gathered off the shores of North Idaho's pristine lakes. The front two uprights and cross support are covered with several driftwood accent pieces. The Driftwood Arbor is self standing. The arbor dis-assembles for transportation into 5 sections, two sides, a top trellis and two cross support poles with braces, by removing four 5/16" bolts with wing nuts and four wood screws. The sides are pre assembled two driftwood poles connect sides together using 5/16" bolts with wing nuts . Each pole has a driftwood stick attached to each end that acts as a brace when attached to each side. The top trellis rests on the frame of the arbor. The arbor comes with easy to follow illustrated directions. The arbor has a 7 ft high clearance and 6 ft wide opening.

Tools needed:
Power drill with a #2 phillips bit.
Two or Four Stake Kit Option:
Each stake is .5" in diameter and 30" in length. the bottom of the uprights to be staked are modified by drilling a .75" hole 12" deep lined with steel tubing. The stakes are placed 75" apart and driven into the ground leaving 12" exposed above the surface. The bottom of the modified upright slides over the top of the stake securing it to the ground.
The upright is now self standing and the stake is hidden from view.
Tools required: a hammer preferably a two + pound sledge hammer
Either the two or four stake kit is recommended for windy conditions, if the arbor will be setup on uneven terrain and/or for placing in a permanent location.
The stake kits aids in assembling the arbor by providing support for the uprights. otherwise each upright needs to be held by someone or tied to something sturdy that will support it during the assembly process. The arbor will not stand on its own until either the front or back cross support and the two braces for the cross support are attached.
The two stake kit provides support for the two front uprights.
The four stake kit provides support for all four uprights.
Assembly can be accomplished by one person much easier with either the two or four stake kit..
All Bolt Option:
For wedding planners who plan on using the arbor at various venues the all bolt upgrade is recommend. The upgrade replaces the 8 wood screws used to attach the braces with 5/16" bolts, washers and wing nuts. The bolt option increases the longevity of the driftwood compared to using wood screws which have a tendency to tear up the wood every time the arbor is setup and taken down.
Tools required: none however a 1/2" socket wrench is recommended
Driftwood Accent Upgrade:
This upgrade adds driftwood accents to cover the back two uprights and the back cross support. The upgrade includes, on average about 30 pieces of driftwood. Great addition to the arbor where the same visual effect is desired when viewed from both front and back such as an entry way, backyard or garden. Driftwood accents ship separately and need to be attached on initial setup.

All driftwood has been hand picked from North Idaho lakes. Our driftwood is not chemically treated in anyway. It has been washed in plain water and air dried.

Shipping:
For shipping purposes the arbor frame is dismantled into about eleven pieces. There maybe several accent pieces that will need to be attached the first time the arbor is setup. Due to package size restrictions the arbor may ship in 2 to 4 large packages. Driftwood accent pieces ship separately and must be assembled to frame on initial setup. Each accent piece has at least two woodscrews attached. After initial setup most of the accent pieces do not need to be disassembled in order to transport the arbor. All pieces that need to be assembled are marked and labeled and all hardware is included. Custom Detailed illustrated assembly instructions are included with each arbor.
