The stake kit can be purchased with two or four stakes

The four stake kit comes with the following items:

4 1/2" diameter x 30" long steel rods
4 1/2" diameter x 12" long steel tubing
Installation of the 1/2" tubing into the bottom end of each of the four legs of the arbor.

The two stake kit comes with the following items:

2 1/2" diameter x 30" long steel rods
2 1/2" diameter x 12" long steel tubing
Installation of the 1/2" tubing into the bottom end of one upright on each side of the arbor.

How it works:
 Each of the  1/2" x 30" steel stakes are driven into the ground 
leaving 12" exposed above the surface. The bottom end of each upright to be staked will have a 3/4" inch hole drilled 12" deep lined with steel tubbing. The steel rods will be staked out so that the prepared upright of the arbor will slide over an exposed stake .

The stakes are hidden inside the upright of the arbor. There are no guide wires or stakes to trip over.  Once an upright has been staked it becomes self standing and doesn't need to be supported during the assembly process. thus enabling one person to setup the arbor.  The stake kit prevents the arbor/chuppah from tipping over in windy conditions.  

The stake kit is recommended for all arches and chuppahs that will be permanently placed.  Used  in windy or stormy venues especially if a canopy is attached to the chuppah. Placed on uneven ground.  

Chuppah can be staked with a two or four stake kit.
